TERMS OF SERVICE

By ordering from me you are accepting and agreeing with the Terms of Service below. Please read it before making any payment.

GENERAL

• You need to be 18 years or older to commission me (and be a legal adult from your own country);
• All forms of harassment, abuse, aggressive behavior and blackmail are not allowed.
• I have the right to deny a commission for any reason.
• Please do not rush me and be patient.

MY SERVICES

• The services i offer are about creating art commissions and delivering digital artwork(s) in the end. Currently these are the services i create:
• CUSTOM COMMISSION: I'll create a custom artwork based on the references and descriptions you send me.
• YCHs: Ill create a custom artwork in YCH style, based on the references and descriptions you send me. The term YCH comes from "Your Character Here", and its a specific kind of commission where i draw your character(s) in a pre-planned pose and background. Its cheaper than a custom commission.
• ANIMATIONS - Ill create a simple animation based on the custom commission i made for you. I only animate commissions i make.
• EXTRA VERSONS - I can create extra versions of the works, including changes in expressions / clothing and other small details. Usually i charge +25% of the final value of the commission for these extra versions.

ARTWORK

• All artworks are made in MY style. Please look at my other artworks and know your final delivery will have that level of quality.• References are required for the commission, and all extra info can help me get what you want. By leaving details purposely missing, i understand that i can decide for those missing details and make my own artistic interpretation.• The commissions are for personal use and can be posted anywhere, you may not claim the image as your own, sell them or make profit out of the art. Commercial use is an extra that you need to buy.• The Final Delivery will be delivered DIGITALLY through the social media you entered in contact with me. Upon completion you will be sent a high resolution image and a watermarked version in lower quality in a Google Drive link for download.• The High Resolution Image will also be posted on my Patreon.• I also have the right to post the work in any portfolio and social media that I want. Private commissions are an extra that you can buy.• After you send me a message with all the references you have, ill send you an Invoice. After the payment is confirmed, the commission will start as soon as possible following my Schedule, and it is divided in two phases: SKETCH PHASE and DELIVERY PHASE.

SKETCH PHASE

• The SKETCH PHASE is the first phase initiated after you make the first payment. Its the most time-consuming phase of the project (usually taking about 75% of the time and effort).• After ive finished the Sketch, ill show it to you and you have one minor free modification to ask if you need.• No pose adjustments are allowed after the sketch is approved. If modifications are needed, ill increase the delivery time accordingly to the modification difficulty.

DELIVERY PHASE

• After you ask the modifications and/or approve the Sketch, ill start the DELIVERY PHASE, and make the rendered / modified final work and show you a second time, as a final delivery.
• Extra modifications are not free and can cost up to 100% of the total value in this phase, so be aware and give all your references before the commission start.
• Upon delivery, you will receive two image files: the ORIGINAL and the WATERMARK version.
• The ORIGINAL image is a .PNG file format, and 1500x2160px in resolution if its a Vertical image, or 3840x2160px in resolution if its a Horizontal image.
• The WATERMARK image is also a .PNG file format, and 750x1080px if its a Vertical Image, or 1920x1080px if its a Horizontal Image. Overall, the WATERMARK image is 50% smaller in resolution length than the ORIGINAL image, and you can choose which one you post on social media.
• I usually post the WATERMARK version on social media, and the ORIGINAL version on Patreon.

PAYMENT

• There are two options for payment: FULL PRICE and PAYMENT PLAN.
• FULL PRICE means you'll pay full price for the commission before i initiate any work.• PAYMENT PLAN means you'll pay half (50%) of the total price before i initiate any work, and half (50%) when i show you your sketch. The final rendering will only starts after the second payment is made. Additional fees may apply.

SCHEDULE

• The progress of your illustration can be seen in real-time through my Public Schedule (link in the main page of this site, or In the button below). There, you can see how much of your artwork is made, the expected sketch delivery and the final deadline for your delivery.

REFUND POLICY

• Refunds can be given accordingly to the percentage of the work done - and a minimum of 50% of the total value is kept by me when asking for a refund - this is to compensate my lost time, patience and all stress caused for holding a slot that could be sold to other clients. This is also to compensate my time organizing your references, me looking for more references, and thinking on how the commission will be made (which starts far before the first sketch is made).
• Fees from refunds will also be charged from the client if the platform which the transfer occurs asks for any.
• If i cancel your order due to personal issues / im unable to complete the work in time for no apparent reason, ill provide a full refund. If i provide an apparent reason for the delay (such as health emergencies), ill provide a full refund if i dont finish the commission 14 days after the final delivery time.
• If i terminate your commission due to inappropriate behavior (harassment, rudeness, crossing boundaries), no refund will be given and you'll be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
